In the winter months, my house can get pretty cold. I’m constantly wearing socks, and I noticed when my kitties walked across me, their paws were cold. Also, they have been sleeping on the heating vents! So I wanted to get them a nice bed that would keep them toasty while they slept. I went straight to Amazon and found their top rated cat bed, the K&H Pet Products Thermo-Kitty Heated Cat Bed. My kitties loved it so much that I had to buy a second one! It was nice because I could try out both the Sage and Mocha colors. Highly recommended, especially if you have senior cats!

Cat still prefers box!
I can’t figure out how to reassemble it after washing it. Any tips?
Straight to the point. I like it!! I went on amazon and I was like, what am I doing, and searched hearted cat beds on YouTube.
Just got one of these today and so far we’re not impressed. It’s been plugged in for over an hour and I don’t feel ANY temperature difference. I realize it’s supposed to be subtle but it feels the same temp as everything else in the room. If I open it up and directly feel the heating pad it barely feels warmer than the surrounding material. The heat is so weak I don’t see how it would ever penetrate the thick padding. We’ll give it a couple of days but it’s likely getting returned.
I just bought my 2 ND one after a few years. My cat loves it. My house is old & drafty so I bought the hooded one; yummier than sliced bread. 😀 …my cat told me!

I live in a tropical and very humid city, here there’s like 20 cold days in winter and the rest of the year the weather is so hot like hell so my cats don’t really need heating beds but is really good if you live in a city with true winter days 😂 thanks for the video !

My cat is 26 not sure if she would be able to get out of this bed am looking for a very comfortable bed for her . I ordered one from Amazon never received it it was the donut bed

Your kitties really make those beds look comfy. I wish they made them for humans too. Ha.
We tried that heated cat bed, but our cats preferred the electric blanket on our bed. Go figure. Wish they would like what we buy for them. They always want our stuff, and not their stuff.
I’ve thought about heated beds – my two cats don’t really get on and the closest they ever get to snuggling is in winter on the bed but even then I tend to wake up unable to move because there’s a 5 kilo cat on either side of my legs, staking out their own space. This would, maybe, fix that. They’d be warm during the day at least!
I have two Sphinx cats and they love that bed, especially in the fall and winter.

I highly recommend these beds. I have three beds in my outdoor “house”, and my two cats love them. Well designed to disassemble to hand wash in a 5gal bucket.

for anyone who got their cat one of these and s/he didnt use it at all. i had to gently lay my cat down in it, then not let her leave it for like 30 minutes. nothing crazy, just keep the cat laying down in it long enough to heat up. once your cat realizes it is heated they will refuse to not use it.

I got the 16” one. At first, our kitty wasn’t interested. Then my stepdaughter suggested putting treats in the bed as an introduction. Bingo! Our fur baby loves the bed! I put it on the end table next to my end of the sofa. He can look out the window (I put a bird feeder out there), sleep, just hang out with us. I would highly recommend the bed.
By the way, thank you for the cleaning/taking apart/putting back together section of the video.
Received mine from Amazon yesterday and the cushion is too thick and does not allow the heat to reach the surface of it so you feel no heat.

I got one for an old kitty and she loved it, even when not plugged in. It was a good investment for a senior kitty.
Thanks for reminding me how to put it back together! We’ve had ours for years and it was really nasty–not only a huge collection of cat fur in the crack, but someone had urped. I took it apart to wash, but it took awhile to gather enough nasty stuff together for the washing machine. By the time the cover was clean again, I’d forgotten how to reassemble it–on first pass I didn’t see the zipper on the inside where the heating element goes. Thanks to you our cats will have their cozy spot by the big window back again. 😀
Until I bought two more, my THREE cats would all pile into the one bed I bought. Now they all three have their own heated bed and they love them! I really like the fact that you can leave them plugged in all the time. They only heat up when the cat gets in an activates the sensor.
It’s been a while since you posted this video. Do you still live this on 24/7? Do you ever unplug it?
