I watched this video hoping to get the actual washing instructions for this size. Is this something I can wash in at least warm or even hot water? How has it hold up with regular washing?

Can you was the grey cover with the top rolls installed, I know how to remove the square bottom cover, how do I remove the top pieces of foam ? or is it ok to wash the grey cover with the zippers?

I ordered this dog bed, but it never arrived. Four weeks I went back-and-forth between Amazon, customer support and the seller. Both blaming each other for the product, not arriving and neither offering to replace or provide a refund. The post office tracking number shows that the product was lost in shipping. Photographed is the bare floor where I would have put the dog bed that I paid money for if I had received it. I guess for $80 I am entitled only to write this review of what would have been.
at 3:47 "dog bread". Just got 2, I home our senior dogs love it.
